Knight's were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We have a terrace located above our downstairs bedroom, and a leak had caused the ceiling plaster in the bedroom to come away. Initially, we feared the entire terrace floor would need replacing, a costly fix that several other contractors had quoted as the only solution. However, when Knight's came to inspect the issue, they quickly identified that the leak was actually aligned with the gutters along the side of the terrace. They recommended a much more affordable and targeted solution: re-waterproofing the affected area. Within a week, they provided a clear quote, answered all of our questions, and completed the job efficiently. Although some waterproofing material got on the lower part of our wall, they immediately offered to purchase paint to fix this, a gesture that really showed their commitment to going above and beyond.
